Derived from the YZF750 endurance racer, which dominated the 1987 and 1988 Suzuka 8 Hours, the OW01 was engineered for performance and precision. Its 5-valve DOHC inline-4 engine featured titanium connecting rods, enlarged intake and exhaust ports, and Yamaha’s innovative EXUP (Exhaust Ultimate Power) system for maximum output across the rev range. A lateral Deltabox aluminum frame and swing-arm rear suspension delivered exceptional rigidity and lightness, staying true to its racing roots. Only 1,000 units were ever produced, making the FZR750R (OW01) a rare and celebrated icon in Yamaha’s racing heritage.\r
What's in the Box?

Plastic model assembly kit

Decal Sheet

Instruction manual

Paint guide

Compact, unique, adorable... The uniqueness of the Monkey made it an instant hit among the young and young at heart. In August 1978, Honda released the big brother of the Monkey and appropriately named it "Gorilla". Save the gas tank and seat, the Gorilla adopted fundamentally the same parts as the Monkey. The most defining aspect of the Gorilla is its swelled chest, an oversized gas tank, which boasts a capacity of 9 liters providing a 630km maximum running distance. Its powerplant was a 49cc air-cooled single cylinder SOHC engine, which was also used on Honda's best selling Super Cub. The Gorilla was also equipped with a manual 4-speed transmission, opposed to the automatic 3-speed system of the Monkey. Production was ceased in 1992 but the popularity of the machine, however did not dwindle, with the few remaining used Gorillas fetching premium prices. It was in February 1998 when Honda resumed production, this time bringing out a new Gorilla equipped with the Monkey's large headlamp and using chrome parts on the headlight casing, fender and other places. January 1999 saw the production of 3500 "Honda Gorilla Spring Collection" machines. This version was meant to shine, and features chrome parts on virtually every visible part of the bike. The gas tank, the side-cover, the front forks, the chain case, the wheels, the exhaust pipe cover, even the frame and swing arm glisten with gorgeous chrome.

    What's in the Box?

        Plastic kit

        Instruction sheet

        Paint guide

        Decal sheet

This is a 1/6 scale plastic assembly kit model of the Honda CB750F, which quickly gained popularity after its release in 1979. Eager to share their success with the public, in 1988 Honda released a replica production model of the bike, named the XRV650. It was the first model given the now-legendary Africa Twin name, and its popularity across the world helped the expansion of the adventure-touring bike genre. While the Africa Twin name was to step back from the limelight for a period as sales halted early in the 2000s, it was never forgotten by afficionados of the genre, and when the it name was revived in 2015 in the form of the CRF1000L, it was cause for celebration. A semi-double cradle frame houses its 998cc, 92hp liquid-cooled 4-stroke parallel twin engine (Japan spec.), with a rugged off-road look provided by the capacious 18-liter fuel tank (Japan spec.) and twin headlights, plus 21-inch front and 18-inch rear wheels. A 6-speed Dual Clutch Transmission model is included in the varied model range. Technology such as a 'G' switch to aid clutch control, Honda Selectable Torque Control system and more are at the rider's disposal.
