14 Day Return Guarantee
Whether you have changed your mind or maybe the product is not what you expected, Hobby Vault Co is happy to assist, offering a 14-day return policy for any unopened, undamaged product in its original condition and packaging.
Please note, for change of mind returns, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Incorrectly Shipped Products
In the case where you have received the incorrect product from Hobby Vault Co, please Contact Us within 14 days of delivery so we can make the necessary arrangements to deliver the correct product to you, and arrange for return of the incorrect product received.
If the product is not deemed to be incorrect, the customer may be held responsible for the return shipping costs.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please Contact Us and our customer service team will work with you to resolve your enquiry as efficiently as possible.
Upon receipt of a damaged or faulty product, the Hobby Vault Co service team may test the product to confirm damages or faults reported. Goods that require testing may take up to 30 business days.
If the fault or damage reported is detected, and is not due to wear and tear, or misuse, our service team will advise whether we are able to offer you a replacement, repair, credit, or refund.
If any evidence of misuse, corrosion, excessive force or lack of care and maintenance is found, it will be deemed as user error, and our service team will advise how to proceed.
Our dedicated service team is always happy to assist where possible should any products require any repairs or replacement parts. Depending on the repairs or replacements required, the customer may be responsible to cover these costs. Our service team will provide an estimate of any charges before commencing with any repairs or replacements.
How to Return a Product Back to Hobby Vault Co
Once you have lodged a return, be it change of mind, incorrect product supplied, damaged or faulty products, our customer service team will advise how the product needs to be packaged and provide a return address. Please ensure that the product to be returned to us is unopened, undamaged and in its original condition and packaging.
Hobby Vault Co cannot accept responsibility for goods which are damaged during delivery back to us, and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the product is suitably packed to prevent damage during shipping.

Hobby Vault Co will reserve the right to request photos to verify any returns.
Processing Refunds
Refunds would normally be processed within 10 business days of us receiving the goods returned in accordance with this policy. Goods that require testing may take up to 30 business days.
Refunds will be returned to the payment method used for the original purchase. If for any reason we cannot refund to the original payment method, we may require ID to be sighted to verify identity or offer store credit in lieu of a refund.
