Whilst all effort is made to keep pricing on this website up to date it is possible at times it may be out of date. As such prices on this website should only be considered as an "invitation to treat" rather than as an offer to provide these products at these prices. Your order and payment of goods will be deemed to be an offer and acceptance only happens when we accept the order.

The website automatically sends you an order confirmation email. This email acknowledges that we have received your order and our customer service team will contact you should any issues arise in terms of stock, availability or supply.

The User agrees to indemnify the Owner and the Service Provider against any claim for loss or damage of any kind by any third party arising out of, or in relation to, the use of the Website by the User.

Promotional Voucher Code Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions only apply to promotional voucher codes and do not apply to our eGift Vouchers available to purchase from our online store.

  • A voucher code is usually provided as part of a promotion or special event and is offered by Hobby Vault Co to customers directly.
  • These promotional vouchers only apply to in stock products. They do not apply to Pre-orders or Coming Soon products (Unless specified).
  • The voucher code must be applied at the time of checkout online and cannot be added once checkout is completed.
  • Vouchers are limited to one voucher per person and per order. Multiple voucher codes cannot be used during a single order checkout.
  • Vouchers will only be valid for a specific period of time and minimum order values may apply. Please ensure you read the terms supplied with each promotional voucher code.

All sales are final.

Voucher codes cannot be applied to freight costs.

Hobby Vault Co will reserve the right to withdraw a voucher code at any time during the voucher period. Hobby Vault Co's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Hobby Vault Co will also reserve the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the law or changes to our services. We request that customers review the terms on a regular basis.
