A striking addition to Oxford’s American Classics range, this 1:87 scale Ford Fairlane 500 model is based on the 1960 four-door town sedan, reimagined in its role as a Massachusetts State Police Radar Car. Decorated in a bold dark blue with pigeon blue front doors and roof, it features Police graphics, the Massachusetts State Police badge, and a full suite of law enforcement equipment including a roof beacon, radar speed check unit, and rear-mounted spotlights.
The real Fairlane 500 was part of the third generation (1960–1961), boasting a 3.7L engine, sleeker styling, and practical innovations like a centre rear fuel door lid and half-moon tail lights. This model captures those details with chrome exterior trim, a black interior, and the distinctive scalloped square grille.
