The Tamiya 1/12 Honda Dax125 Tamiya Limited Edition recreates the striking Thailand-exclusive edition of Honda's modern Dax, complete with dedicated limited-edition decals, parts and a matching miniature helmet.

Please note this is an unassembled plastic model kit requiring assembly; paints, cement and hobby tools are not included and are required to complete the model.

Honda's Dax traces its history back to its 1969 debut, following on from the popular Monkey minibike with a distinctive T-bone frame in pressed steel that housed the fuel tank. In March 2022, the Dax name was brought up to date with the Dax125, which still draws heavily on the original's identity, pairing a 123cc engine with a 4-speed transmission that can be shifted without rider clutch input. The full-size bike this kit recreates is a further limited edition: the Dax 125 Tamiya Limited Edition, an idea from official Honda dealer Cub House in Thailand, announced at the 2023 Bangkok International Motor Show. It wears a sumptuous metallic blue body adorned with Tamiya twin-star logos and checkered flag motifs, along with dedicated stickers for the muffler heat guard and wheel rims, a horn cover with Dachshund emblem, individual serial numbering, and a dedicated Tamiya-logo helmet.
