The Tamiya 1/12 Honda RC166 GP Racer captures one of Honda's most legendary racing motorcycles, recreating its extraordinary six-cylinder engine and sleek Grand Prix form in remarkable scale detail.

Please note this is an unassembled plastic model kit requiring assembly; paints, cement and hobby tools are not included and are required to complete the model.

Developed to dominate the 250cc class, the Honda RC166 featured an extraordinary 250cc air-cooled inline six-cylinder DOHC four-valve engine producing around 60 horsepower at an astonishing 18,000rpm. Ridden by Mike Hailwood, the RC166 achieved an extraordinary record during the 1966 season and secured Honda's Rider and Manufacturer Championships.
