The Tamiya 1/12 Suzuki RGV-G (XR89) recreates Suzuki's 1999 500cc Grand Prix contender, the machine ridden by Kenny Roberts Jr. during his breakthrough season of World Road Race Championship competition.

Please note this is an unassembled plastic model kit requiring assembly; paints, cement and hobby tools are not included and are required to complete the model.

Developed around improved balance, maneuverability and cornering performance, the XR89 features a V4 two-stroke engine housed within a lightweight aluminium twin-tube frame. Tamiya's model allows the upper and lower cowls, fuel tank and seat cowl to be removed after construction, revealing the intricate engine and chassis detail beneath.
