The Tamiya 1/32 North American P-51D/K Mustang Pacific Theater recreates the legendary long-range American fighter in impressive 1/32 scale, with options to build a P-51D, P-51K, or F-6D reconnaissance aircraft and detailed features specific to Pacific Theater operations.

Please note this is an unassembled plastic model kit requiring assembly; paints, cement and hobby tools are not included and are required to complete the model.

The P-51D Mustang combined high speed with the long range needed to escort Allied bombers deep into enemy territory. The closely related P-51K used an Aeroproducts propeller rather than the Hamilton Standard unit fitted to the P-51D and was predominantly assigned to the Asian Theater. Some Mustangs were also adapted for reconnaissance and designated F-6D, giving this kit three distinct aircraft configurations to choose from.
