Tamiya 1/48 JASDF F-15J Eagle Plastic Model Kit

The Tamiya 1/48 JASDF F-15J Eagle recreates Japan's version of the F-15 Eagle in detailed 1/48 scale, with a detailed cockpit, removable radome, metal landing gear and a selection of missiles, drop tanks and marking options.

Please note this is an unassembled plastic model kit requiring assembly; paints, cement and hobby tools are not included and are required to complete the model.

The F-15J was developed for the Japan Air Self Defense Force using the F-15C as its base. The first two McDonnell Douglas-built F-15J aircraft were delivered in March 1983, with Mitsubishi taking over licensed production from December of that year. The F-15J was armed with a 20mm Vulcan cannon and Sparrow and Sidewinder air-to-air missiles.
