Tamiya 1/48 Lockheed Martin F-35C Lightning II Plastic Model Kit

The Tamiya 1/48 Lockheed Martin F-35C Lightning II recreates the carrier-based variant of the F-35 in detailed 1/48 scale, featuring the larger wings and stabilizers, folding wingtips, reinforced nose landing gear and other distinctive features of the F-35C.

Please note this is an unassembled plastic model kit requiring assembly; cement, paint and finishing supplies are not included and are required to complete the model.

The F-35 Lightning II is a single-engine, single-seat 5th Generation fighter developed in three variants: the F-35A, F-35B and F-35C. The F-35C features larger wings and horizontal and vertical stabilizers, folding wingtips for carrier deployment, larger fuel capacity and reinforced nose landing gear with dual tires. It also features a launch bar for catapult-assisted takeoffs and is designed for carrier operations.
