Tamiya 1/700 Japanese Heavy Cruiser Mikuma Plastic Model Kit

The Tamiya Japanese Heavy Cruiser Mikuma is a 1/700 scale plastic assembly model kit depicting the second ship of the Mogami-class cruisers in her heavy cruiser configuration.

Please note this is an unassembled plastic model kit requiring assembly; paints, cement and hobby tools are not included and are required to complete the model.

Mikuma was completed in 1935 with five 15.5cm triple gun turrets before being converted into a heavy cruiser with 20.3cm twin guns. She participated in the Malay landing operation and Battle of Sunda Strait before being fatally damaged following her collision with Mogami during the Battle of Midway.
