Tamiya 1/72 Mitsubishi A6M3/3A Zero Fighter Model 22 (Zeke) Plastic Model Kit

Build one of the most refined variants of Japan's legendary Zero fighter with the Tamiya 1/72 Mitsubishi A6M3/3A Zero Fighter Model 22 (Zeke). This detailed plastic model assembly kit captures the distinctive longer-wing configuration of the Model 22 while offering the option to build the A6M3a version equipped with longer-barrelled machine guns.

Please note this is an unassembled plastic model kit requiring assembly; paints, cement and hobby tools are not included and are required to complete the model.

The A6M3 Model 22 was developed to address the reduced range of the preceding Model 32. The original 12-metre wingspan was restored, folding wingtips were reintroduced and additional fuel capacity increased the aircraft's range to approximately 2,560km. The A6M3a variant added longer-barrelled machine guns and saw extensive service in the Solomon Islands from early 1943.
