Build a faithful 1/10 scale recreation of one of the world's most recognisable off-roaders with the Tamiya RC 1/10 1990 Land Rover Defender 90. This short-wheelbase Defender 90 captures the functional shape and rugged character of the original 3-door Land Rover in durable polycarbonate, mounted on Tamiya's ladder-frame CC-02 chassis.

Please note this is an unassembled kit requiring assembly; it ships as a build-it-yourself kit and does not arrive pre-built or ready to run.

The CC-02 uses a longitudinal motor and shaft-driven 4WD system with separate gearbox and transfer case, feeding front and rear 3-bevel differentials. Four-link rigid suspension front and rear, CVA oil dampers and grippy block-pattern tyres give the Defender sure-footed performance on a wide variety of terrain. The kit also includes separate grille, side mirror, light-case, roll-cage and spare-wheel-cover components for a highly convincing scale appearance.
