The classic returns! The Tamiya RC 1/12 Lunch Box assembly kit recreates a fun and boxy classic van riding on over-sized monster truck tyres. One of Tamiya's classic creations from the 1980s, first released in 1987, it has been a fan favourite for its original appearance as much as for its RC performance, with the boxy minivan body raised up over monster truck wheels to grab attention wherever you choose to drive it.

The durable and easy-to-assemble 2WD chassis employs a box type frame, with front independent swingarms and a rear rolling rigid suspension providing solid, dependable handling. Big 115mm diameter tyres offer dynamic running on even the toughest of surfaces, while a sealed gearbox protects the diff gear from dirt and sand during off-road driving. A rear-mounted wheelie bar enables wild stunt driving, rounding out a kit that's just as fun to drive as it is to look at.
