Tamiya RC 1/14 Buggyra Fat Fox On-Road Racing Truck (TT-01 Type-E)

Take to the track with the Tamiya Buggyra Fat Fox, a European-style racing truck built on the evolved TT-01 Type-E chassis. Please note this is an unassembled kit requiring construction, so builders should expect to assemble the chassis and driveline before driving. Buggyra Racing took both Drivers' and Constructors' Championships in the 2017 season of the prestigious truck racing circuit, and this kit recreates their 2018 season No.1 truck, with its long-nosed form captured by a 4-piece polycarbonate body and separately molded side mirrors, plus stickers to depict the truck's many sponsor logos.

The bathtub-frame, shaft-driven 4WD TT-01 Type-E chassis keeps the motor and battery close to the ground for a low center of gravity and balanced handling, with a fiberglass-reinforced nylon upper deck and gear covers adding rigidity, and a 3-piece tie rod for smoother steering. Front and rear differential gears combine with 4-wheel double wishbone suspension for excellent drive characteristics, while 70mm-diameter racing radial tyres with high sidewalls make for forgiving cornering.
