Tamiya RC 1/14 MAN TGS Truck – Team Reinert Racing (TT-01 Type-E)

Take to the track with the Tamiya MAN TGS Team Reinert Racing, an on-road racing truck built on the evolved TT-01 Type-E chassis. Please note this is an unassembled kit requiring construction, so builders should expect to assemble the chassis and driveline before driving. This kit recreates the Team Reinert Racing MAN TGS that competed on the 2016 European truck racing circuit, with a realistic 4-piece body molded in lightweight, durable polycarbonate, plus separately molded side mirror, coupler, and rear bumper parts. Stickers are included to recreate the truck's numerous sponsor markings and logos. MAN trademarks are used under license from MAN Truck & Bus SE.

The bathtub-frame, shaft-driven 4WD TT-01 Type-E chassis keeps the motor and battery close to the ground for a lower center of gravity and optimum balance, with a fiberglass-reinforced nylon upper deck and gear covers adding rigidity, plus a 3-piece tie rod for smoother steering. Front and rear differential gears combine with 4-wheel double wishbone suspension for excellent handling, while 70mm-diameter racing radial tyres with high sidewalls, mounted on metal-plated wheels developed specifically for this model, make for forgiving cornering.
