Please note this is an unassembled kit requiring construction, so builders should expect to assemble the ladder frame chassis and full driveline before driving. This kit recreates the 770 S, a double rear-axle drive trailer head equipped with a 16.4-liter V8 diesel turbo engine capable of 770hp, added in 2020 to Scania's top-grade S Series following that range's full model change in 2016. Scania trademarks are used under license from Scania CV AB.

The highly realistic body includes parts to depict customizations such as a roof bar with light pods, grille bar, low bar, and side bars, plus metal transfers for the V8 and 770 S emblems, while the interior receives Tamiya's detailed treatment with a modern dashboard design and embossed seat details. The ladder frame uses aluminum side channels with resin cross members, and power from the front-mounted Type 540 motor reaches two rear axles via a 3-speed transmission and propeller shaft, with a built-in differential on each axle for smooth cornering. Highly realistic suspension uses metal leaf springs and friction dampers, with float-mounted die-cast front and reinforced resin rear axles for easy driving.
