Tamiya RC 1/14 Scania R620 6x4 Highline Tractor Truck - Unassembled Kit

Take command of an award-winning European flagship with the Tamiya Scania R620 6x4 Highline. Please note this is an unassembled kit requiring construction, so builders should expect to assemble the ladder frame chassis and driveline before driving. This kit recreates the 620hp V8-powered R620 6x4 Highline, flagship of Scania's R-Series range that won the 2005 International Truck of the Year award, with the characteristic styling of the real truck's body reproduced down to the smallest detail. Scania trademarks are used under license from Scania CV AB.

The cabin tilts forward just like the actual truck, and included grille mesh plus metal transfer emblems further enhance the realistic look. The ladder frame chassis uses aluminum channels alongside a 3-speed transmission, metal leaf-spring suspension with friction dampers, and rear axles equipped with their own differentials. Exterior details such as side panels, fuel tanks, and 3-piece European-style rear fenders provide the finishing touches, and the kit-included coupler enables linkage with any of Tamiya's currently available 1/14 scale trailers.
