Take on extreme terrain with the Tamiya Dynahead 6x6, a wild cabover trial truck design built on the immense-traction G6-01TR chassis. Please note this is an unassembled kit requiring construction, so builders should expect to assemble the chassis and driveline before driving. The polycarbonate body draws inspiration from cabover trial trucks especially popular on the European scene and was designed by Takayuki Yamazaki, with a boxy shape and rear-hinged door motifs giving it a genuinely wild, off-road-ready look.

The 6-wheel-drive G6-01TR chassis is built around a tough, slimline monocoque frame, with reduction gears on each axle slowing drive shaft rotation for an overall gear ratio of 37.35:1 and immense traction. Combined with its long wheelbase, the chassis can negotiate slopes of up to 40 degrees. A motor behind the front wheels transmits power to the front, center, and rear wheels via gears, with a dust-sealed, frame-integrated gearbox and built-in differentials at each axle — complemented by included diff putty for superb traction. 6-wheel independent double wishbone suspension with friction dampers and 110mm-diameter V-pattern block tyres round out the off-road package.
