Command a WWII workhorse with the Tamiya Panzerkampfwagen IV Ausf.J, a compact 1/35 scale kit with included dedicated R/C equipment. Please note this is an unassembled kit requiring construction, so builders should expect to assemble the hull, turret, and gearboxes before driving. The Pz.Kpfw.IV fought through the entyrety of WWII and proved a reliable, adaptable workhorse for German forces on every front, with the Ausf.J representing one of its later production variants.

This model uses compact gearboxes up front, a pre-assembled central turret rotation and gun elevation unit, and the MC-07 control unit in the rear, all connected via simple plastic connectors. Just like a tank commander, builders can take control of forward and reverse motion, pivots, turns, turret rotation, and gun elevation, while link-by-link assembly tracks achieve natural sag and maintain performance even at slower speeds. The boxy Ausf.J hull is shared with a 1/35 Military Miniature Series static model for excellent detail, complete with Schürzen side-skirt shields and a full set of stowage accessories.
