Tamiya RC 1/10 Hotshot II Blockhead Motors Off-Road Buggy Kit

The Hotshot II first came to the consciousness of hobbyists' minds and work benches in 1987! It's back for the very first time since then, except this time with a twist. Following the hugely popular release of the Wild One Off-Roader Blockhead Motors edition kit, Tamiya has once again invited Japanese designer Jun Watanabe to produce his take on the iconic Tamiya RC 1/10 Hotshot II.

Please note this is an unassembled kit requiring assembly; it ships as a build-it-yourself kit and does not arrive pre-built or ready to run.

The polycarbonate body (0.7mm thickness) is pre-cut and pre-painted in brilliant blue, with cutlines and mounting holes based on the original Hotshot II (Item 58062) body. A new roll cage is positioned higher to ensure a raised driver position for more realism, with the upper frame updated to match, while uprights and wheels are matte-finish metal-plated for an authentic look. New stickers designed by Jun Watanabe's brand "BLOCKHEAD MOTORS" complete the styling, alongside included number plates, light pods, side plates, window nets, and a dummy antenna. Underneath, 4-wheel double wishbone suspension uses one front transverse and two rear CVA II oil dampers for confident, controlled handling.
