The Hornet is built around a simple yet robust chassis with an ABS box-type frame and durable front swing axle and rear rolling rigid suspension setups. Rear oil dampers give it the muscle to take on tough surfaces, while the gearbox is a sealed design that helps keep out dirt and debris, with a built-in differential gear ensuring smooth cornering. Three-piece wheels are used front and rear, paired with front grooved and rear pin spike tyres — black tyres are also included in the kit for an alternate look.
